The mission of eMarket Software is to promote and facilitate professional communications and synergy through the use of Internet technology, while conducting business over the Internet. We intend to facilitate information exchange, knowledge, contacts and computer tools for business activities.

User's Code of Conduct eMarket Software Users agree to:

1. Certify complete truth and accuracy of all information provided by them for eMarket Software databases and publishing on eMarket Software bulletin boards.

2. Pledge to act in an honest, ethical, professional manner while dealing with other eMarket Software Users.

3. Conform to Federal and State laws while conducting business on eMarket Software bulletin boards and with other eMarket Software Users.

4. Act ethically when conducting business with eMarket Software Users, especially in setting expectations and delivering products or services as agreed.

5. Maintain adequate bonding and liability insurance coverage against errors and omissions and other protection.

6. Act according to the law, and in conformance to the principles and standards of fairness.

7. Maintain a high level of professionalism in all activities associated with the eMarket Software and its host Websites, including messaging, emails, negotiations and other business activities.

AFFIRMATION
I affirm being of 18 years or older, and have read and understand the above eMarket Software Code of Conduct. I agree to abide by the Code and promote professionalism in its use.
I pledge my loyalty to other eMarket Software Users, and to maintain a high degree of integrity in my dealings. I understand that any misrepresentation or breach of this agreement shall give cause to expulsion and/or denial of eMarket Software use.
I shall use eMarket Software information and contacts for ethical reasons only, and not abuse the privileges offered.

DISCLAIMER
I shall not hold eMarket Software liable or file legal claims against the Mighty Chat for business conducted by myself and/or by its other Users. I waive and release all claims, demands and actions that I now or may have in the future against eMarket Software, its officers, directors, Users, agents and employees for any act or omission in granting or denying user of eMarket Software or in censoring, suspending, expelling or terminating my User privileges.
